Traditional acupuncture uses very thin, sterile, non-hollow, single use needles. These needles are placed into the body at certain locations along the human bodies energetic pathways and fascial planes to stimulate positive change in the body.

Stephen began his foundational studies at Tri-State College of Acupuncture, NYC and graduated with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from New York College of Health Professions, Syosset, NY. Where he studied Traditional Chinese Medicine style acupuncture.

Looking to broaden his knowledge, Stephen went on to explore Japanese styles of acupuncture, completing a year long certification curriculum through the Traditional Japanese Acupuncture Institute.

Stephen’s treatment style draws upon TCM, Trigger point needling techniques, learned at Tri-State College of Acupuncture, as well as traditional Japanese techniques.

Currently, Stephen is actively exploring and expanding his knowledge and skill set through the study of Master Tung style acupuncture, as well as EAM ® Electro Acupuncture Medicine.
